I think that I now have the DCHAS-L list correctly set up so that any
e-mail with a subject line that starts with EC: will only go to the
people Jim listed above. If this works correctly between now and the
NO meeting, I can expand it to the rest of the Exec Comm and any
other DCHASer interested.

Jim will be implementing a reminder e-mail system to keep us on track
as to deadlines for conducting CHAS business; this will only go to
the EC list, as I understand it.

Let's see if this works as I hope...
