Of interest to the list may the fact that EPA's Office of Solid Waste
recently released a memo answering Frequently Asked Questions about
RCRA interpretations of Satellite Accumulation Areas. This was
intended to address issues raised by health and safety managers in
laboratory institutions, in follow up to last summer's teleconference
on this issue.

The file itelf, in PDF format, is over 500 Meg long (9 pages), so
rather than send it to the list, it is now available for download at
http://esf.uvm.edu/epasaafaq.pdf
