Subject: Some on-site treatment is permitted by EPA

This is the link to a guide from EPA which describes allowable on-site
treatment for certain lab wastes. It also references relevant rules of
various state agencies. Some of the information in this guide
contradicts things I have heard from some supposedly knowledgeable
individuals.
