I'm somewhat curious as to why anyone would not be using "flexible" (until it cools to LN2 temp) metal-clad cryogenic hoses for this service.  I would never recommend using "plain rubber tubing" to transfer LN2.  The cost of the appropriate personal protective equipment should not be an excuse for not using it.
