Unfortunately, when the LISTSERV server moved to the Cornellnetwork, the archives went behind a firewall that we haven't been able to figure out how to provide public access through. The archives are being maintained and I have access to both the Cornell and UVM archives and can help other people get specific postings or perform searches on keywords. I am trying to figure out how to provide public access to them.

Sorry for the inconvenience
