Have you solved a safety challenge at your workplace or investigated an incident or near miss? Conducted an extensive risk assessment? If so, the Journal of Chemical Health & Safety wants to hear from you!

JCHAS is the peer-reviewed journal of the Division of Chemical Health and Safety of the American Chemical Society, published by Elsevier. The journal focuses on the needs of the safety community by providing both fundamental research and examples of problem solving in the form of case studies into incidents and near misses.

Recent examples of case studies, risk analyses and incident investigations include:

Analysis of a bomb calorimeter failure: John Nail and Diana Hamilton
Risk reduction benefits of cryogen-free refrigeration: Michael Cournoyer et al.

Manuscripts should be 2000-5000 words in length and should contain a photograph or graphic or two.

The author's guide is found at http://ees.elsevier.com/jchas, or you can contact me at harry.elston**At_Symbol_Here**gmail.com for more information.
