The Office of Environmental Health and Safety at The University of Alabama invites applications for two Lab Safety Manager positions, one specializing in chemical hygiene and one specializing in biological safety. The University of Alabama is a vibrant and growing research institution located in the beautiful city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Successful candidates are expected to strengthen and further develop the existing research safety practices. A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field and appropriate certifications are required, in addition to 3 years of experience in academic laboratory environments.
