Hi Beth,

Our contracts have a clause that states that contractors will perform all work in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and refers contractors to our Contractor Safety Advisory. It's an addendum to most contracts.

We've had this in place since 2000, so you may have seen it when you were here.

Does anyone have a form they can share for contractors to sign indicating that they will follow safety procedures etc. when working at your facility?
