I'm interested in getting a sense of the list on three specific questions:
- Do you have a required laboratory safety training for new lab workers before they start work in a research laboratory using hazardous chemicals?
- Does this training vary depending on the role of person (e.g. undergrad student vs. grad student vs. full time employee vs. lab supervisor)?
- Is such training offered on line or in person?

As I'd like as many responses as possible; so as list moderator I'll accumulate the responses off-list and will provide the overall results to the list as a whole. If these questions are too simple, I can put together a more formal survey on SurveyMonkey, so if you'd like to nominate questions about this issue, let me know.
