Dear Janet, ... Thank you.

However, this is not a retirement.   This is change in responsibilities to have a less demanding schedule.

I'm looking to go from 70 to 50 hours per week.  I would love to continue teaching and providing services and advice for LSI's students.

Best wishes ... Jim

Dear Jim, Thank you very much for providing education to thousands over decades of your work and dedication to LSI.  I wish you the best in finding a person to continue your mission!   Retirement isn't easy despite what is often touted.  You will do well!!
Best regards and wishes for your career transition,

Give me a call if you would like to chat about this opportunity.  É Jim
