I haven't done lots of safety videos, but enough to know that these sorts of issues will always arise and it's best to treat them as "Easter eggs" (in the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easter_egg_(media) sense) for the viewers to find. If the video is short enough, it's even an excuse to have them watch it twice! ;)
