As the undergraduate chemistry community prepares for the fall and beyond, we have opportunities to better utilize online laboratory experiences. This involves considering learning goals and outcomes for our courses and programs, our students, and our institutions, as well as advances in technology and educational research.

Join a panel of chemistry faculty during this free interactive broadcast for insights from organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry courses that you can translate into your courses and institutional contexts. Learning goals and outcomes, pedagogical approaches, technology platforms, and assessments will be among the aspects discussed. This ACS Webinar is moderated by Stacey Lowery Bretz of Miami University and co-produced with ACS Education.

The chemistry community has a wide range of resources to assist with teaching remotely in various and changing circumstances.

- Various goals and outcomes for online undergraduate laboratory experiences
- Examples of how laboratory goals and outcomes are being fulfilled
