I'm assuming covering the dock is out...

From my dog musing days I've learned that brass and brash coated snap clips tend to be less prone to freezing than steel clips.

Hello all,

As a California to Ohio transplant, I am dealing with weather based learning curves! Work has an external loading dock where gas cylinders are chained for pick up and delivery.

How do you keep your chains from freezing? Google isn't much of a help for me (or at least I'm failing to input the right words) and I'm hoping the combined knowledge on this list may help.

My thanks in advance!
Jennifer.
