Wow, I wasn't able to attend the presentation in person and just finished watching the recording  Thank-you! I found it to be the most insightful 'safety culture' related presentation ever.

Two additional resources/points of view I'd like to suggest folks look into:
  1.  the 'Think Reliability' method of cause mapping  - I think it is more flexible than most...  https://www.thinkreliability.com/
  2. An organization that has worked on 'culture change' in industry for years worth contacting is...  https://www.culturechange.com/
Thank you Mary Beth (and Ralph) for this excellent presentation!!

FYI, I've added a page to the CHAS web site that follows up on last week's webinar presented by Dr. Mary Beth Mulcahy. The page includes her powerpoint file and the responses of the audience to the poll questions. About 530 people viewed the webinar live or in the first 24 hours after it became available.

The summary web page is
http://dchas.org/2022/02/15/acs-webinar-zebras-or-horses/
and the recording can be viewed at
https://www.acs.org/content/acs/en/acs-webinars/professional-development/false-security.html

Let me know if you have any questions about this.
