We tested PPE by dripping a few drops of trimethylaluminum onto the surface.
Underneath was a thermocouple and some filter paper. We found that regular
workmen leather

gloves had thermal protection similar to the aluminized gloves.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] FR gloves

Hello All,

I am looking for some options for FR gloves/liners to present to our
university for researchers that use pyrophorics (outside a glovebox). Does
anyone have any recommendations?

Amy
