The paper we discussed was 'Positive Feedback via Descriptive Comments for Improved Safety Inspection Responsiveness and Compliance' by Melinda Box, MEd, Ciana Paye, & Maria Gallardo-Williams, PhD of North Carolina State University. Melinda presented there work and led a discussion of the paper's approach and findings.
