Hello everyone,

A colleague of mine asked me to pass along this posting for an EHS Officer position at Pomona College in Claremont, California (located about halfway between Los Angeles and San Bernardino). Pomona College is a liberal arts college with ~1700 undergraduate students, and is part of a contiguous group of 5 liberal arts colleges known as the Claremont Colleges.

This position would oversee a variety of responsibilities in the EHS field, including chemical safety, biosafety, radiation safety, hazardous waste management, PPE, machine shop safety, inspections, and safety training. The job description and other position details are available at https://theclaremontcolleges.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/POM_Careers/job/Claremont/Environmental-Health-and-Safety-Officer_REQ-4500

If you have questions about the position, please reach out to either Dr. David Tanenbaum (david.tanenbaum**At_Symbol_Here**pomona.edu) or Dr. Charles Taylor (charles.taylor**At_Symbol_Here**pomona.edu)
