Catherine Lemos is resigning effective 22 July as CSB Chair. She cites the
agency as dysfunctional. It is a serious strategic error that Congress
cannot put this important agency on a consistent path of effective
management.
I doubt there is much ACS can do except express support for the CSB. I hope
the Biden administration replaces Dr. Lemos soon and fills the Board to five
members.
