I know this topic has been discussed before, but things change very quickly so I thought I’d ask what current opinions are.  We are a small state university with 5 full time faculty.  Interest has been expressed in getting a scan/bar-code based inventory system.   What do those of you in small schools think about them?  Which current systems seem to work best? at what approximate cost?  In other words, please pass on any info you have.

Thanks and have a Happy Holiday Season,

Kay Calhoun
