Subject: How Does the Chemical Safety Board Operate?: Invite to the AIChE Virtual Local Section's April Meeting!

For our April 2022 meeting, the AIChE's Virtual Local Section is hosting a webinar about how the US Chemical Safety Board operates. Join this meeting to learn about the Chemical Safety Board and its investigation process applied to the case of 2012 Chevron Refinery Fire in Richmond, California.
 
You do not need to be a VLS member to attend our webinars, so feel free to forward this invitation to others who may be interested.  There is no fee to attend, but you do need to register at one of the links below. https://www.aiche.org/community/sites/local-sections/virtual-local-section
 
As you will see below, this meeting will be held three times to try to suit the time zones of our membership on Wednesday April 27th and Thursday April 28th.
