I don't think OSHA had anything to do with it. That new standard addressing
high and low impact eyewear is the new ANSI/ASSE Z87.1, not an OSHA
standard. It is a useful thing but a consensus standard is not the same as
an OSHA Standard. The two things should not be confused..
