Subject: Controlled substances management questions

To DCHAS:

My colleagues at UCSD wanted to ask the members of the list if they have
any suggestions for finding a qualified person to serve in a new EHS
position ("controlled substance manager").

The person would report to our Chemical Safety 'manager' for campus.  If
you have a similar position within EHS and can share program management
problems and solutions that would also be of interest.
