Chris,

You are mistaken. I did not conduct an official review of this
document, and I expressly stated this when I visited your insititution
and when I met with your Dean.
You are hereby strongly advised to refrain from stating otherwise.

Everyone,

We have just written and had approved by our university safety
committee, lawyer, and university safety officer a CHP. Unfortunately,
our COS Dean is still nervous and wants a review of the plan by national
experts. We have had Barbara Foster at WVU review it and she said it
was fine. Is there anyone else you can think of that would be able to
review it as well. This seems odd to me, but to get it implemented by
the start of the next semester I am more than willing to try anything.
I will also be posting this on the labsafety listserv as well, so I
apologize if you get this message twice.

Thanks
Chris Wysong
