Neal - This comes up at every CHO workshop. It is RARE that anyone gets extra salary for CHO responsibilities because it is usually considered part of other duties. We occasionally see someone who's sole job is CHO, but that is also rare. The few instances where there is extra pay for CHO duties, it appears to be about a 10% bump.
