Subject: Chemical Laboratory Safety Program

I am the Laboratory Safety Officer at UTSA.  I have been asked to
provide my boss with information on the entity (industrial or academic)
which has the best chemical laboratory safety program.  I will need to
back up my claim and possibly emulate this program on our campus.  Can
anyone provide me with suggested programs and contact information so I
can get some program details?  Also, I need to hand over this
information by April 4.
