Subject: DCHAS web site shortcut

This a quick note to let the division membership know that as of  
yesterday, the Division has an alternate address for its web site.  
The traditional ACS based address of
http://membership.acs.org/c/chas/
will continue to work, but the easier to remember
http://www.dchas.org
will get you to the same page.
