Has anyone at a university written a Chemical Hygiene plan recently?

Our Chemistry Department < /SPAN>is rewriting/updating our Chemical Hygiene plan. Does anyone know of a good place to find information on the latest requirements for a Chemical Hygiene plan for a university?

Does anyone know of a template that can be used?
