EVERYONE has room for improvement (some more than others). Yes, in some instances, one college course may enforce accountability more rigorously than others (most of my daughter‚s lab classes at Purdue have had zero tolerance policies). But, every supervisor within an industrial organization maintains the same level of accountability either ˆ that‚s partially why employees are still getting hurt.
