I worked for an organization that had a fragrance free policy. It was administered through HR, and was part of the employee manual. Also, they provided green plants for work areas, but all possible blooms were nipped off by the company that provided the plants, and no cut flowers were allowed. Since I am no longer with that organization I am not able to get you the manual.

Hi,

Does your institution have a fragrance free policy with regard to using cologne, perfume, scented soaps, deodorants, etc.?

If so, is the policy managed by your EH&S office or by some other entity such as Human Resource?. Could you also provide me with a link or a copy of your policy?

Thanks,

Larry
