Try CSTOP – in the pacific northwest – I have used them and like there online programs – just now sure if they do a HAZWOPER refresher.
National Environmental trainers is another one that is good -

Has anyone attended a really good 8 hour HAZWOPER refresher course or did one online that you would reccomend? I'm interested in finding a class/instructor that goes beyond "checking the requirement box".
