Demystify:
As noted in a post to the last week, I am organizing a technical symposium for the Indianapolis ACS national meeting in September on the topic of "New Horizons in Chemical Health and Safety". This idea was inspired by some symposia I attended at last summer's national meeting in Philadelphia in the Chemical Education and Chemical Information divisions. There are clearly developments in those fields that will impact how chemical health and safety will be practiced 5 and 10 years from now. My hope for the Indianapolis symposium is to start thinking about that those impacts might look like. (Consider, for example, CH&S programs looked like 5 and 10 years ago).

Anyway, if you have any ideas for trends that should be explored in this context, I'd appreciate any ideas for topics or speakers that I should approach about participating in this symposium.

Thanks for any help with this.
