I did a google search for such a survey, but most of the results concerned how training is delivered rather than the results from the participants' points of view. There is the approach of assessing safety climate, which could be considered the product of the training program, but I'm primarily interested in how the institutional safety training program itself is perceived at this point. It appears that I'll have to develop one myself.
