Demystify: 

I Have used a couple of different ones for the emergency response guide, and the cargo decoder - both of which there are free ones on the android market -

THere is a mobile CAMEO - one out there but I have never used it.

The NIOSH Guide is available - there is a mobile NIOSH pocket guide one from OPS - the same folks that do the CAMERO one for $0.99

One for Hazardous Waste Compatibility - but again - I have never used it
