That's the same lesson the safety equipment people learned about steel toed shoes, respirators, and the like. Theater people have always known that fall protection harnesses
for flying performers must be fitted to the individual. I want to be able to do the same work men do, I don't aspire to assume the same shape.

At the DCHAS technical sessions today, the person from the University of California system reported that one of the big lessons learned from their recent PPE program rollout was the importance of having labcoats fitted for female wearing.
