Demystify:

If you actually have their product in your workplace, they are in violation of paragraph (g)(6)(iv) of 29 CFR 1910.1200, the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.  Contact them again and ask if they would prefer you call OSHA about their willful violation (which is assessed a triple penalty).

Subject: [DCHAS-L] SDS for Bicyclopyrone

All,

Does anyone have an updated SDS for Bicyclopyrone (CAS No. 352010-68-5)?  I attempted to retrieve one from American Custom Chemicals Corporation and they wanted me to spend $2,500 to buy 1 gram since they won't provide it unless you're a customer.  I'm having a hard time locating it.  Thank you!
