From: "Schmidt, Diane (schmidd)" Dear Safety Colleagues, I wanted to report back a bit of good news from the ACS Advocacy efforts. Yesterday, the House Appropriations Committee released the fiscal year 2018 Interior and Environment Appropriations bill. Within the bill, the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) is funded at $11 million, equal to the fiscal year 2017 level. As you know, the Administration proposed to terminate this program. Best regards, --- ---
