Thanks for pointing this out. I like the discussion of "skepticism about SDS's" on page 3-156 of my desk copy as well; particularly the reminder that SDS's, like laws, are heavily influenced by lawyers and Otto von Bismarck's adage about legislation and sausage can apply to SDS's as well...
