One more, somewhat dated, but very helpful is found, for free, at

https://www.nap.edu/download/9799

It's from the National Academies Press and was published in 2000. Its title is Laboratory Design, Construction, and Renovation: Participants, Process, and Product and does a good job of describing the roles of stakeholders involved in lab construction and renovation projects. It's not horribly long (120 pages of chapters) and should be required reading for design architects and engineers approaching such a project, as it addresses the sociology of the process as well as EHS, design and cost issues.
