I wonder if anyone on the list had developed a model Job Hazard Analysis for a laboratory scale chemical procedure that they use as a teaching tool for either the research or undergraduate laboratory audience? I'm working on a project that could benefit from reviewing several of these to identify best practices in writing JHA's. If you have one that you're developed or have seen one that impressed you, I'd appreciate a pointer in that direction..
