Yes, I used the original questions in order to be able to compare the results to the 1995 survey, which raises this problem. We currently have about 104 responses at
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/sds_2018
with some pretty clear trends developing.
I am also asking for suggestions for updating the survey to reflect 2018 conditions so that we can consider developing a more flexible set of survey questions. This updated survey would address this concern as much as possible.
