Hi Ms.Decker
As a high school AP chemistry teacher my struggle is finding labs which can be finished in a period.
There are already some high school lab kits from Flinn science or from college board lab manual. However, these labs are lengthy and can not be done in a few periods.
Due to the extent of the topics in AP chem, it is a big challenge to complete the required labs and cover all the concepts at the same time before at least a month so that a review can be done at the end.
That is why labs which can be finished in a period will be very helpful.
Hi All:

Odd question - something came across my email last week about a set of higher level (AP level) high school experiments that could be accomplished in 50 minutes or less. A webinar, perhaps?

Anyway - I'm doing a training for high school science teachers on Friday (they want to know all about demonstrations so the word is trickling out) and wanted to share this resource with the group.

But I'll be darned if I can't find it.

Little help?

Thanks,
Debbie
