I am sure your report and presentation will be listened to. Please, however, be careful with publicly available facts.

 

The UC Board of Regents was not charged with negligent homicide. The specific charge was "Willful violation of an Occupational Safety and Health Standard causing the death of an employee".

The reasons for this charge have been widely discussed elsewhere.
