I would expect to pay the same fee for live-streaming as if I were attending in person. Just trying to save the time and expense of organizing the trip...My 2 cents..Sent from my iPhoneOn Jan 22, 2020, at 11:29 AM, "rphifer**At_Symbol_Here**wcenvironmental.com" <rphifer**At_Symbol_Here**wcenvironmental.com wrote:=EF=BB=BFObviously this is a good idea, but doesn't solve our problem of meeting minimum requirements unless the "off-site" registrations are numerous. Adding the additional cost of live-streaming (actually thousands of dollars when you consider the convention charges for internet & video) will significantly increase costs and therefore the number of minimum attendees. Our main problem is people waiting until the last minute to register; we must cancel rooms at least two weeks in advance or we'll be charged for empty rooms.
That said, we can certainly consider live-streaming or webcast type presentations when we can meet the financial requirements- what would people be willing to pay to watch live-streaming of a presentation?
