The Grainger College of Engineering is pleased to announce that we are recruiting for one person to join the Office of Safety. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the Safety Engineer is an embedded safety professional that will provide
comprehensive support for laboratory, shop and occupational safety in the areas of research safety, industrial hygiene, and incident prevention. The Safety Engineer serves as a consultant to faculty, staff and students and provides personalized guidance on
the implementation of University safety programs.
With a substantial gift from the Grainger Foundation and a culture driven by interdisciplinary research, this is a great opportunity to work in one of the top engineering programs in the world.
