You are a regular ACS member. As such, you get 50 articles from ACS pubs, including ACS CH&S included in your membership. I seldom use more than 30 per year, so the change in cost actually is to your benefit. The CHAS dues drops by about $36/year and you still get ACS CH&S, only by a slightly different mechanism. You come out ahead.
