Hello CHAS members!
We are excited to announce that the speaker for tomorrow's (Tuesday) Science of Safety Journal Club (3 PM EASTERN) will be the 2020 Laboratory Safety Institute Graduate Research Faculty Award winner Dr. Mahesh K. Mahanthappa of the University of Minnesota. The award recognizes Dr. Mahanthappa's outstanding contribution to the science, technology, education and communication of chemical health and safety. While we missed out on hearing about his work due to the conversion of the Fall ACS National Meeting to a virtual format, we now have the opportunity to discuss with him his work supporting safety culture at the University of Minnesota.
