PubChem's data is multi-source from several NA and EU sources. So, when you have ECHA saying they have 100% of reporting companies classifying it as a skin corr class 1B and the Sigma SDS stating no data available for skin corrosion� well�
something is off.

It appears to have a synonym Pentadecafluorooctanoic acid. Using that I found a hit on Thermo Fisher, but it doesn't have much additional information. FWIW, searching for "HF" in the document only comes up with:

Regardless of the date, I need to understand the reasoning behind any reclassification in order to assess correctly. Older information is still pertinent and quite honestly more helpful sometimes. I am not finding a good paper trail on this chemical.
