The questions you are asking cannot easily be answered as generally. They would be based on gas and use. This is why the blog will be so important. It will highlight issues and lessons learned due to the unique characteristics of the gas. As you will see it is a very complex topic that if ignored can have some severe outcomes, some fatal. This is why I am desperately trying to capture much of this in a blog because lessons learned from 1968 are still relevant. Even the 1984 germane explosion was forgotten by 2004. The safety practices we implemented in 1984 were almost supersceded due to ignorance in 2004. I know that this has saved at least 3 incidents from being fatal
