Back in 2015, I presented a talk titled "12,232 Thoughts on Laboratory Safety in 25 Minutes or Less" at the Boston ACS Meeting which was based on Ralph Stuart's and my effort to ensure the pearls of wisdom on the list are forever preserved:

At the time, that's how many archived posts we had on this listserv. As part of that talk, I had constructed a top 25 list of posters and topics by year for comparison. I couldn't remember how I automated that, so I decided with the new year I would figure it out again so I can start this as an annual New Year's tradition.
2021 had less traffic than the past several years: 1,536 articles. The total number of posts is now 24,833. Ralph wears a couple of hats, so it is no surprise he captures the top 3 slots by poster. The top 25 posters of 2021 were:

For the subjects, I wrote a script that figured out each topic and counted all of its replies. The one exception is the line titled (original CSH posts only) which does NOT count replies. As you can see, the # of CSH posts corresponds to the number by poster Chemical Safety Headlines above, and is consistent with a normally 3x a week headline delivery.
The top 25 topics of 2021 were:
