FWIMBW, the NEACT JOURNAL [Journal of the New England Association of Chemistry Teachers] did a cover story on Ms. Wetterhahn’s death, I think in its next issue, probably just a few months after Ms. Wetterhahn’s passing. Ms. W had been the featured speaker at the October meeting of NEACT, held at Dartmouth, and appeared to be in reasonable health at that time. I have given that issue away, but if you might not be aware of it, the Olin Library at Wesleyan University keeps a NEACT archive, which should include that issue of the NEACT Journal.

We requested OSHA's file on the incident, but it was destroyed several years ago per the agency's document policy. Does anyone still have OSHA records from the incident?
